Founded in April 2025 with just 20 billy kids from a farm in Kington, we set out to challenge a wasteful norm in the meat industry. Traditionally, male dairy goats—often called "billy kids"—are discarded as by-products. At Kid and Clover, we believe they deserve better.
We offer premium, high-end kid meat: whole carcasses, half carcasses, curated boxes of cuts, and individual selections. Our meat is pasture-raised, nutrient-rich, and packed with lean protein—making it a sustainable and healthy choice for conscious consumers.
Our mission is simple: transform what’s overlooked into something exceptional. By giving these animals a dignified purpose, we’re not just producing exquisite meat—we’re reshaping the way people think about sustainability, waste, and quality.
